| Damaged
or Missing Items |
|

Inspect all items as soon as you receive them.
Even if you are having them
installed professionally at a later date, inspect all items
when you receive them. Compare the contents of the boxes to
what is shown on the installation instructions. It is your
responsibility to check the items before installing them or
giving them to anyone else for installation.
If there are any problems
notify us within 24 hours and before the items are
installed or given to a 3rd party for installation. Notify

Once
any item is installed it is yours. Installed items will not
be accepted for return. There
is no such thing as a test installation. If it has been bolted
on, attached, plugged in or installed
in any other way it is not returnable. Installed items are
still covered by warranty against manufacturing defects (see
below).
Do not attempt to repair or alter any items, we
can't replace or refund for items once they have been altered.
Save all packaging, returns can't be accepted
without the original packaging.
Package the return carefully, you are responsible
for getting the item back to us without further damage to
it. We can't refund or replace items that are received with
further damage that was due to poor packaging.

| Returns |

All returns must be in brand new, perfect condition with all
original packaging and parts.
Installed
items will not be accepted for return. There
is no such thing as a test installation. If it has been bolted
on, attached, plugged in or installed
in any other way it is not returnable. Installed items are
still covered by warranty against manufacturing defects (see
below).
You have 45 days from the date the order was placed
to request a return authorization. Items must be received
here within 60 days of the original order.
Please
see the section above if you are returning an item that was
received damaged or missing parts.
Shipping
charges are not refundable.
Save all packaging, returns can't be accepted
without the original packaging.
Package the return carefully, you are responsible
for getting the item back to us without damage to it. We can't
refund for items that are received here damaged.
We cannot accept COD returns or returns where
postage or fees are due.

| Warranty |

All
of the Genuine Factory Honda Accessories we sell are covered
by Honda's 12 month, 12,000 mile warranty.
All
of the non-Honda items are covered by their respective manufactures
warranties.
Electronic items must be taken to a Honda dealership
in your area for warranty coverage so the problem can be confirmed
with the item in the vehicle.
All of the items we sell are only designed to
be used on US market cars.
All warranties only apply to the parts if they
are installed on the listed year and model US market car within
the US.
Warranty
does not cover loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of
the vehicle or other consequential damages; or labor for installation
or removal from the vehicle and reinstallation of a part of
accessory.
There is no warranty coverage of any type for
items that are removed from the US or installed on non-US
vehicles. Items installed on models or years they are not
listed for are not covered by any warranty.

| Pricing |
|

Although we try our best to have an error-free
website, occasional errors are possible. If there is a pricing
discrepancy it will be handled in one of the following ways:
If the price listed on your order is higher than
the actual price, your order will be adjusted to show the
lower price.
If the price shown online is lower than the actual
price we will at our discretion, either contact you via e-mail
for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and
notify you via e-mail of the cancellation.
If the price shown online is different than the
price of the item in the shopping cart please contact us prior
to ordering for the correct price.
If the price changes after you make your purchase
we are not able to go back and credit for the difference.
Sometimes Honda runs promotions on items and when they do
we pass the savings along. They don't notify us ahead of time
about promotions so we don't know that there will be a price
change until the price changes. We can't apply additional
discounts to orders that have already been processed, especially
since we would have paid full price from Honda for the item
we are shipping to you.

| Shipping |

We only ship within the 50 United States (no exceptions).
We only accept credit cards issued from US banks
with US billing addresses. (No exceptions)
We do not recommend that you ship the items outside
the US after you receive them as there would be no warranty
coverage of any type once they leave the US and they may not
work on non-US vehicles. Once an item leaves the 50 States it
is yours, there are no returns and no coverage of any type on
exported items.
We are not able to process orders originating from
outside the US.
Once any item is reshipped or forwarded there is
no coverage for damage to the item.
We are not able to ship to PO boxes, APO or FPO
addresses or freight forwarding companies.
Orders may require a signature for delivery.
Shipping price calculations online are as close
to what UPS charges us as we are able to get. We are not able
to do custom shipping quotes or make adjustments on shipping
charges.

| Credit
Card Processing |

An authorization, not a charge is processed on your
card when the order is submitted. For specifics on the difference
between a charge and an authorization please see our credit
card information page.
We are only able to process orders with credit
cards issued by US banks that have a US billing address on file
with the credit card company. Orders shipping to addresses other
than the billing address may require additional verification
before the order ships. |

| Backorders |
|
|
Although we do have a very large inventory (over 1.3 Million
dollars of Genuine Factory Honda parts) it is possible for an
item to be on back order from Honda long enough for us to run
out of them. If an item is on back order we will ship the rest
of your order now and the backordered item as soon as it arrives.
Shipping will only be billed on the first invoice. |

| Packaging |

All of the items listed as "Genuine
Factory Honda" or "Genuine Factory Acura" in
the description are genuine factory Honda or Acura items, however
to help reduce shipping prices and protect the items it may
be necessary to rebox your items before shipping so they may
not arrive in the original factory Honda or Acura packaging. |

Your order confirmation is an offer to buy, not a completed
sales contract. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract
between you and us will take place on the shipment of the products
ordered. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order
confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order,
nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. HandA-Accessories.com
reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to
accept or decline your order for any reason. If the order is
canceled the authorization on your card will be promptly voided.
If your card has been charged a prompt refund will be processed.
Only click on the Submit Button once. If for any reason you
are not sure if the order went through contact us before attempting
to submit it again. Our system is automated If you submit two
orders both will be processed and shipped. If you receive an
error message copy it down and contact us. |

sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from

shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in Sacramento
